Prelude Solutions is a telecommunications consulting company helping organizations explore options for optimizing current communication platforms, in-depth auditing, creating, and validating the ROI, service and solution selections, project management, and recommendations for telephony, network and contact center roadmaps.

We are looking for a Contract Telecom Expense Analyst, as we continue to expand our team.

Job Description:

Telecom Expense Analyst will review all telecom/network invoices for the client in search for potential savings, service improvements, and contract discrepancies.

This position will be responsible for:

• Reviewing telecom invoicing for voice and data services from carriers, including but not limited to POTS service, cable internet, DSL, MPLS, VoIP, cellular services.

• Reviewing carrier contract and obtaining CSR.

• Finding any incorrect vendor billing.

• Submitting requests to vendors for corrections and credits.

• Follow up to confirm corrections are made and credits are issued.

• Track all telecommunications expense and provide reports to client management.

• Field any questions or requests regarding telecommunications expense from the client and attend IT/Finance meetings as needed.

• Weekly Project Summary reports for both internal and external stakeholders

Ideal candidate will have experience with both land line and wireless service. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Candidate must have good problem- solving skills and should have the ability to work with little supervision. This is a remote position and candidate will be responsible for adequate computer, internet connection, phone, and other tools needed to complete the tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience reviewing telecommunications invoices and auditing expense.

• Telecommunications industry experience, preferably with both land line and wireless services.

• Advanced Excel skills; Access is helpful.

• Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload. Strong problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter willing to take initiative and work both independently and as a team member.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Commission

Pay: $32.00 – $46.00 per hour

Part-time and full-time positions available.

Remote work, anywhere in lower 48 domestic US.
