S&S Solutions is looking for a motivated and driven Outside Sales Professional to join our team as we grow and expand our territory coverage. S&S is adding to its diverse team of Outside Sales Representatives to support existing accounts and develop new business in territories throughout the Western United States. As an S&S Solutions’ Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for gaining new market share in the assigned territory while retaining and growing current accounts. Territories available in Western US (WA, ID, UT, AZ, NM). Must reside in territory.

Job Summary and Responsibility

  • Sell Products and Services to the Telecom Market within the assigned sales territory.
  • Cultivate, build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
  • Travel within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
  • Utilize and leverage CRM system to effectively manage opportunities to ensure high activity and effective closing ratios.
  • Keep abreast and stay informed of technology updates and maintain a technical understanding of products and solutions in your portfolio.
  • Manage entire sales cycle; from initial contact, through quoting and follow-up, all the way to PO submission and order placement.
  • Meet and exceed territory quotas and established goals on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Complete Sales Forecasts and Expense Reports as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven Technical Sales experience.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry and fiber optic networks.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced education preferred.
  • Must reside in assigned territory.
  • Clean Driving Record.
  • Excellent communication abilities along with great telephone and people skills.
  • Be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Be deadline and detail oriented along with the ability to self-manage and be self-motivated.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
