Telecom Project Coordinator

CEIs Fortune 30 Client is a world-leader in Communications and Media, and they are adding 2 remote Telecom Project Coordinators to their Central Division team as they expand their services to new customers and geographical areas.

• Position is 100% Remote
• Long-term contract position (through 2024 and beyond)
• Pre-budgeted pay rate of $21.00 / HR + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams for pre-sales surveys of SMB (Coax) and Metro-E (Fiber Optics) expansion projects
• Analyze service maps within GIS and AutoCAD to validate serviceability
• Create reports within Excel, Salesforce, GIS, and AutoCAD to ensure node segmentations are completed
• Update internal databases, CRM System (Salesforce), and spreadsheets to reflect updates maps

Required and Desired Skills:

• 1-3 years of professional experience with Geographical Information Systems or mapping tools including ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, or similar tools is highly preferred
• Ability to manage data within Excel required
• Strong collaboration skills required to Coordinate Projects and work with cross-functional teams
• Experience reading plant maps/construction plans for Telecom/Cable Construction or commercial/residential construction projects is highly preferred
• Any experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools also preferred
