Telecom Project Manager

Diverse Construction is a Tier 1 general contractor in the telecommunications construction industry. It’s difficult to articulate the paradoxical nature of counting amongst our direct customers Verizon, T-Mobile, Samsung, Nokia, and Ericsson while also maintaining a small, family-oriented team with less than 100 employees.

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized construction project manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process. You will also be in charge of organizing schedules, tracking inventory, and ordering and managing materials.

JOB DUTIES:

• Applicant will have experience in the telecommunications construction processes and a minimum of 2 years working as a Project Manager.
• Applicant should possess an understanding of the building permit process, knowledge of material orders and tracking, ability to comprehend construction documents, ability to upload and download construction closeout documentation, and assist with the bidding process.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Must have strong organizational and Microsoft Office skills.
• Multi-tasking, analytical skills and accuracy/attention to detail are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team member to achieve goals and objectives of the department and company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,554.15 – $128,349.99 per year
