Pay Rate: Up to $80k depending on prior Telecom experience

Start Date: ASAP in Oct or Nov

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED TO APPLY:

1) 3+ years of Telecom project management experience would be needed, either within Construction or Design.

2) Highly skilled with Excel and project management software

3) Expert experience with managing data from multiple projects, for FTTH and Wi-Fi projects, will manage project production and data

Full Job Description:

• • This PM will be responsible for the ownership of reports/building out timelines in reports, they will be involved in many projects such as validating material requests, updating production logs for the FTTH builds, it very data driven. They will not be managing specific construction/infrastructure builds.

• • Develops timetables for implementation, monitors and performs strategic analysis for the project.

• • Serves as a liaison with company resources and systems to provide current data and information needed.

• • Researches and makes recommendations on procedures to enhance financial and operational efficiencies.

• • Tracks expenses and provides detailed updates to appropriate managers on project status

• • Partners to develop and deliver system wide communication regarding the progress, accountabilities and gaps in the progress of assigned projects

• • Researches, compiles and reports current data and manages teams through launch process.

• • Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.

• • Prepares requests for proposals and conducts all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.

• • Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams.

• • Skilled in planning and preparing written communication.

• • Skilled in presenting ideas and concepts

• • Ability to synthesize project information and establish the appropriate scope of a project.

• • Ability to apply strong project management skills and methodologies.

• • Ability to communicate and manage team members at all levels effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is required.

• • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

• • Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communications

• • Consistent record of accomplishing short term business objectives

• • Ability to work independently and with others at all levels within the organization

• • Ability to organize and prioritize effectively

• • Demonstrated facilitation skills and ability to manage meetings with project team members

• Preferred Experience

• • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• • 3+ years successful management of complex projects preferred
