Telecom Repair Technician

Startechtel.com, Inc. is a leading telecommunications equipment distributor located in Pomona, California (near the 10 & 210 freeways).

We have an immediate opening for a full-time or part-time Telecom Repair Technician. You’ll be responsible for repairing telephones and other Telecommunication equipment and performing testing.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

• Pulling & Testing & Picking Equipment for Orders
• Disassemble/Reassemble Telephones and other Telecom Equipment
• Soldering Components, Replacing Components
• Repairing LCD Screens for Telephones
• Repairing Telephones – Screens, Change Casing, Fix Electronics
• Testing Telephones – Buttons, Volume, Speakers
• Quality Control
• Receiving Equipment

To succeed in this position, the qualified candidate will have these skills: Fundamental Knowledge of Telecommunications

• Diagnostic Capability, Troubleshooting Techniques
• Able to Multi-Task and Thrive in a Fast Paced Environment
• Great Ability to Prioritize Tasks
• Work a Soldering Iron
• Telephony Knowledge is a Plus

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Electronics Repair: 1 year (Required)
• Low Voltage: 1 year (Required)
