The Role:

• Communications Tower and Rooftop Site installations, working at heights of up to 400 feet.
• Installation of tower accessories and associated auxiliary equipment.
• Extensive travel to job locations all across Ontario. Working outdoors in all conditions; safely and productively in a team environment producing a high quality of work.
• Use of Winches, Rigging/ Hoisting equipment. Network and Technology Upgrade works, Troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Working outdoors in harsh climates in a team environment.
• 2 years prior rigging experience, prior crew supervisor experience
• Hands on Mechanical aptitude, proficient with wrenches and hand tools etc.
• Proficient in the use of modern technology, computers and devices.
• Professional image and good communications skills.
• Dependable, Honest, Physically fit, Mechanical & Technical Aptitude, Team Player.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
• Authorized to work in Canada.
• A clean criminal background check, able to pass security clearances.
• Prior Tower Rigging Experience Wireless Experience.
• G Drivers license
