Job Description

Your role
We have an exciting position for a Customer Experience Services & Process Designer to join our innovative Product & Transformation team. In this role you will support the Product Management team to design and deliver best in class customer orientated Processes, Services & Customer Experience for all our new and existing products.
Skill requirements
- Have Great technical understanding along with significant experience of Lifecycle development, including cloud, infrastructure, database, development or scripting knowledge.
- Showcase the ability to lead the engagement of key business stakeholders

- Good understanding of Fibre FTTP networks and works force management for the Fibre layout.
- Design for the whole – end-to-end user journeys, across Sage Business Cloud, and for Sage’s design language system.
- Have a track record of contributing to shipped projects.
- Self-sufficiently solve major product areas, with thorough rationale and critique.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the definition of the Professional & Support Service & Process design of each product and its end-to-end integrity
- Lead design work streams, devising novel solutions.
- Self-sufficiently solve major product areas, and supports others, coaching and mentoring in best practice.
- Drive efficiency and scalability through the re-use of designs and automation through the use of design tools,
- Accountable for the design whilst it is deployed across the overall network platform and/or customer solution.
- Managing the end-to-end design activity on all aspects of solution, including technology refresh (transformation),
- In-life business-driven change and operational capability for an account or accounts
- Ensure that the product supports our customers with our “great customer service” vision.
- Ensure that Process & Service designs are operable, maintainable, scalable and robust
- Operate within the Product Development processes acting as the process champion/practitioner to drive adoption, leading the design and driving delivery of the product to market
- Conduct workshops to review and approve the documented end-to-end Service & Process Design by all key stakeholders
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel be required as per the job requirements.
