JOB DESCRIPTION

nsight Global is looking for a Migration Specialist to help with a backlog of sites. The client is currently placing multiple people around country as caregivers. In the last year they have made an effort to bring on a tech leadership team to start acquiring home care companies. The end goal is for them to grow and become enterprise ready. Current field services are helping acquired company by surveying the company and making a request for what they need to make the acquisition. The backlog is the recently acquired company and them unable to upload into their 8×8 support quick enough. You will be responsible for reading the below runbook and migrating all of the phones to the 8×8 support. In the process there may be times where you’ll need to provide a level of technical support to any issues they have along the way.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Background being a PC or Phone Technician
Experience providing technical support over the phone
Is able to follow a runbook
Extremely sharp/professional individual
Comes from a Networking background (Best chance of getting extended and being utilized for other tasks down the road)
