Job Description
Service Delivery
Process orders for Xela’s clients’ voice and data network services and support the resolution of repair and billing issues.
- Provide excellent customer service which includes proactive order management and responding to repair escalation requests
- Review, process and manage the implementation of network service orders through completion
- Manage ongoing projects documenting order details and reporting on status
Billing Analysis
Support Xela’s Telecom Expense Management team by gathering monthly billing data and identifying, investigating, and resolving issues as required
- Downloading and organizing billing files from vendor websites
- Entering clients’ monthly voice and data cost information into Xela’s Expense Management system
- Contacting clients and vendors as necessary to investigate and resolve billing issues
Required Skills
Seeking candidates that are bright, well organized, highly motivated that possess a positive attitude and the following skills.
- Basic Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Tool, etc.)
- Strong organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast pace and high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks as well as collaborate with others to identify quality solutions.
- Detail oriented; strong follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of telecom services,
- Familiarity with accounting principles (debit vs. credit, cost center and GL basics, accruals, etc.)
- Technical understanding of telecom carrier invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
