Position Summary:
The FES Recruiter reports to the Recruiting Manager, working closely a team of technical recruiters in the pursuit of best-in-class candidate resources. A successful Recruiter will have the enough knowledge of technical skills needed within the telecommunication industry.
Experience:
- Recruiting: 5 years (Required)
- Telecommunication recruiting: 2 years (Required)
Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years Telecom recruiting experience is a must. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and submit candidates that are a technical match for job openings within the company. Will also be responsible for qualifying required job-related skill sets, salary negotiations, initial interview. Manage our internal candidate database. This position will have close interaction with project managers and executives of the firm.
- Must have a Telecommunication recruiting background with an understanding of the terms used and should be a very quick learner.
- Needs to be extremely comfortable being on the phone. It is high volume work and fast paced work with a lot of phone time. Must be able to work on multiple projects, set priorities for accomplishment and follow-up assignments.
- Positive problem solving and the ability to communicate clearly is vital.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Flexibility to take on work as needed
