What will you do as a Telecommunications Specialist?

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Assist in scheduling appointments for Sales Team
• Assist in troubleshooting issues
• Maintain knowledge of services, promotions, and products offered

Who qualifies for the Telecommunications Specialist position?

• Candidate with previous telecommunications experience (required)

What hours will the Telecommunications Specialist work?

• Monday – Friday
• 32 hours a week
• Temp to hire
• OT possible, based on business needs

How much will you earn as a Telecommunications Specialist?

• Starting pay is $18.00 per hour
