TOWER TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCED

Synergy Concepts, Inc is a full-service telecommunication tower construction company in need of tower technicians experienced in line and antenna installation, raw land and colocation builds. This position does require climbing communication towers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Telecommunication Technician has experience performing carrier specific equipment installation, upgrades, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting at a variety of heights and location.

To do well in this role you should,

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks
• Assign tasks to crew members
• Follow all proper safety procedures and ensure others are as well. Including JSA, JHA, Emergency Action Plan and more
• Provide feedback to Project Manager about team performance and deficiencies.
• Able to climb and work at elevations ranging from 100’-1000’
• Physically able to push, pull, lift at least 80LBS at any given time.
• Ability to use common tools as well as telecommunication specialized tools and equipment.
• Effectively and safely rig tower.
• Knowledgeable on tape drops, tilts, and azimuths
• Understand and follow CDs, RFDS, and MOPs
• Willing to mentor less experience technicians.
• Work well with others.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Driver’s License (obtain class E within 90 day probationary period)
• Pass drug screenings, subject to random program during employment
• DOT Physical- obtain and maintain DOT medical card.
• Willingness to travel (up to 2 weeks)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
