One of our clients, the largest manufacturer of pre-blended, packaged concrete and cementitious products in North America is looking for a Telecommunications Admin to join their team! This Telecomm Admin will get the chance to join a brand-new team and make a huge impact to lead this migration. They will be responsible for the daily support of the communication and telephony systems and for the migration to Microsoft Teams Voice across all 400 locations. This person will be the right hand to their newly hired Telecomm Manager making sure there is a smooth transition across several different locations throughout the entire organization!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in within Telecommunications/VOIP systems.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams Voice administration and rollouts, migration experience preferred.
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshoot tickets within ServiceNow.
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft O365.
- Telecommunications knowledge of voice mail, paging, and alarm systems.
- Scripting experience using PowerShell.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for completing the company-wide deployment of Teams Voice throughout all locations that make up The Quikrete Companies.
- Provide direct technical support for the planning, coordination, and implementation of Teams Voice migrations, new releases, upgrades, or changes throughout the organization.
- Support and maintain several different telephone systems that are in production in several locations throughout the organization until they have been replaced by Teams Voice.
- Work with members of either the Systems & Operations team, the Network Operations team or the Service Desk team to ensure high-quality customer service is provided throughout the organization.
- Respond in a timely manner to all telecommunication issues and/or outages.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact with all IT teams and business units.
