Responsibilities:

  • Logs into ServiceNow Voice Services queue to work issues and communicate with the end user/vendors until resolved.
  • Maintains strong relationships with telecommunications vendors
  • Works with Company’s Cash Disbursements department to restore services at locations that have been shut off for nonpayment
  • Provides price quotes and obtains proper approvals for phone system orders
  • Orders new phone system equipment and coordinates repairs for all field locations
  • Administers moves, adds, changes, and deletions of wire line telecom accounts related to new locations, shut down of existing locations, and the acquisition of new sites company wide
  • Administers 1) audio conferencing accounts company wide, 2) desk extensions and 3) voice mail boxes at the corporate office. Works with third party vendors to ensure accurate payment of landline invoices
  • Updates user information in internal databases including our ticketing system and identity management system
  • Offers training to users, administrators, and staff on proper use of telecommunications equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Three years of telecommunications sales or consulting experience preferred
  • Basic Information Technology knowledge preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, required
  • Experience with ServiceNow preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient use of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work off peak hours to respond to customers
  • A basic understanding of POTS, PRIs, SIP, and PBX infrastructure.
  • Experience with Toshiba, ESI, Cisco, and Ring Central is a plus.
