Summary
Contributes to planning and evaluating existing telecommunication systems and provides recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels. Provides assistance in network planning, engineering, architecture, and the development of technical standards and interface applications. Contributes to the evaluation of new products as assigned. Provides resolution for telecommunication problems.

Education
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

We are seeking experienced cellular customer-oriented technicians with service desk experience and excellent customer service skills to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The candidate will be expected to interact with customers professionally, update, provision, and enter all pertinent device information into a database.
Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, including customer service and service desk support
  • Attention to detail
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with networking, WiFi, and Bluetooth technologies
  • Proficient with cellular technologies
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Calendaring
