Job Description:
Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design, planning, installation, and maintenance.
Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.
Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems
Works to resolve telecommunications circuit issues, including working with our vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area
Three to five years of experience supporting telecommunications hardware and software or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $53.57 per hour
