Shift timing – Must work 7 AM – 4 PM CST

JD
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written)
- 5+ years of IT customer support experience
- 5+ years of hands-on job experience in the telecommunication industry working on PBX and Call Center systems
- 3+ years’ experience with windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio)
- Experience with NICE InContact and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice(AWS Connect)
- Contact Center or Contact Center as a Service Deployment experience
Hands-on experience setting up IVRs and call flows
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
