Telecommunications Analyst

Job Description:

Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile device management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, PC hardware/peripherals, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of VoIP and PBX telecom systems a plus. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a 100% remote position with office visits as needed weekly. Applicants must reside within the State of Wisconsin.

The DOC telecom group manages:

· Polycom video infrastructure and endpoints

· Mitel VoIP PBX and ACD

· Teams Phone service

· Telecommunication Company management

· Iphone support

· Airwatch

· Apple Business Management

· Video conferencing account management

Minimally qualified applicants must have:

· Working knowledge of Telecommunication concepts such as SIP, H323 and other VoIP technologies

· Working knowledge of Networking concepts

· Experience with Mobile Device Management such as AirWatch

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour
