We are currently looking for a Telecommunication Analyst with knowledge of Avaya, PBX phone systems. The chosen candidate will:
- Serves as liaison and provides technical support to telecommunications users, including design, planning, installation, and maintenance.
- Analyzes telecommunications usage growth and works with end users and vendors to assist with projected telecommunications needs and equipment acquisition.
- Maintains system security, develops, and maintains documentation, and troubleshoots telecommunications problems

Experience:
