UCF IT Telecommunications
The Opportunity
Plans, designs, builds and maintains all telecommunications systems across campus, including but not limited to, enterprise voice platforms and analog telephony. Maintains the telecommunications infrastructure. Executives on telecommunications projects, maintaining UCF IT Telecommunications standards.
Responsibilities:
Telecommunications Infrastructure

Maintains UCF telecommunications infrastructure

Installs, programs, tests, trouble shoots and repairs telecommunications systems and equipment

Partners with sub-contractors and vendors
-
Implements new telecommunications services
-
Supports pertinent campus systems and facilities
Project Management

Works on enterprise projects across campus including large scale upgrades

Leads projects and keeps systems up to UCF Telecom standards

Reviews budgets, estimates, and project billing

Quotes and executes projects
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
