**THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY**

**HYBRID ROLE: 2 DAYS REMOTE, 3 DAYS ONSITE IN WILMINGTON, DE**

Our global customer is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Lead to take ownership telecomm-related initiatives, design, support and strategy of their North American locations. They will work hand-in-hand with internal leadership, technical architects and 3rd party vendors to ensure the North American environment aligns with global strategy. This position is a hybrid role (60% onsite in Wilmington, 40% remote) and will also require up to 45% travel as needed to various North American locations (including Canada). This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities for this position include:

– Lead and manage the End-to-end Telecoms environment in NA
– Work closely with Cluster and Site IT and Telecoms vendors and suppliers as part of the NA Solutions Delivery team to ensure effective service delivery
– Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, change management, capacity management and governance for the Telecomm domain
– Manage third party vendors and partners to optimize service levels and performance and own responsibility for prompt and timely ticket management for ServiceNow tickets
– Ensure compliance with information security controls and standards for all services and solutions, as well as coordinating with sites to provide necessary support for audit and regulatory compliance
– Drive LCM (Life Cycle Management) renewals and deployment using best policies and practices
– Document and be knowledgeable about the Telecommunications landscape within NA and act as key POC
– Identify new Telecomm services (contract pricing, terms, and conditions) and work closely with IT sourcing and IT finance teams to negotiate terms and manage contracts
– Ensure new services and solutions provide effective ongoing Run & Maintain support
– Work with various Site Leads to drive and implement improvements relative to the configuration and performance of networks and telecommunications
– Responsible for financial budgeting and forecasting – maintain invoices from vendors for accuracy and maintaining budget/forecast for NA financial outlook, responsible for maintaining purchase orders relative to telecommunications services

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour
