How You Will Make An Impact

Centralized Contact Centre duties include: Life Safety and Code announcements and notifications, alarm monitoring and alert notifications, physician and staff locating/paging, answering/transferring internal and external calls, providing information to internal and external customers, equipment troubleshooting, updating of information/policies/procedures and other duties as assigned.

You Have

• Recent work experience with UCCX Contact Centre technology
• Recent experience using Engage/Vina communication system preferred
• Familiarity with mobile device and smart phones and apps
• Grade 12 completion
• A minimum of 40 words per minute typing speed required
• Internet/Browser, Word & Excel Proficiency required
• Proven excellent interpersonal and communication skills/customer service skills
• Proven ability to work in stressful situations
• Proven excellent multi-tasking ability
• Proven excellent/reliable attendance record over the past 18 months required
• Proven excellent punctuality and work record
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment within the context of departmental procedures
• Medical Terminology an asset
• Proven team player
• Travel Between all campuses required
• This is FT night shift role

Salary

Minimum: $22.18 per hour

Maximum: $23.87 per hour
