Telvista is seeking talented customer service agents to support our growing Technical Support team. As a technical support representative, you will handle blended inbound phone interactions with residential and business customers.
This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job paid training. While prior contact center experience isn’t required, experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a huge PLUS! Candidates should be very reliable, have excellent communication skills and be willing to constantly learn on the job.
*If hired you will be required to work onsite at our Dallas Site*

- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, up-sell and professional manner.
- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
- Research systems to find missing information as applicable; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues when needed
- Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
- Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer
- Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions while following all required scripts, policies, and procedure
What you need to get started:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Pass Criminal Background
- A minimum of 1yr sales, customer service and/or call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learning
- Positive mindset
