Tricom Networks is looking for EXPERIENCED Telecommunications Civil Foreman.

Our Company is looking for an experienced Civil Telecom Foreman to manage telecommunications Small Cell & NSB Projects. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, in addition to being highly motivated and working well under pressure. Below is a list of job tasks for this role, which include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping track of project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Submitting requests in a timely manner for equipment and materials needed to keep the project on track.
• Supervise crew members and subs, and manage their work progress.
• Monitor and report to Project Manager on project progress.
• Set performance goals and deadlines and make all efforts to keep project within budget.

In addition, below is a list of job requirements which include, but are not limited to:

• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman in the Telecommunications field.
• In depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Understand and have ability to operate equipment, such as a mini x, skid steer, etc.
• Underground utility installation and procedures
• Be in direct contact with city and county inspectors
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Following procedure in submitting required documents to Managers and Office staff.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire.
• OSHA 10/30
• CPR First Aid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
