Supervisors shall lend support to and orchestrate the execution of the operation plans of the Operations Manager. The Supervisor will work as an extension of the Operations attending to specific details and needs of the technicians, ensuring that each tech has the equipment and materials required to complete their work.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers who build, teardown, upgrade and maintain telecommunication systems. Outside plant splicing and inside plant cabling and & equipment
- Create a safe workplace, promote safe work practices.
- Resolve safety issues, such as hazards and accidents, with workers and management.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
- promote and assure quality work and cost effective procedures.
- Train workers on new skills.
