• Manages and performs consulting engagements for organizations in the areas of telecommunications finance, regulatory compliance and broadband programs
• Provides collaborative leadership to the team by cultivation and nurturing of long-term clients, prospective clients, and referral relationships through effective sales, relationship maintenance and delivery of services
• Uses technical knowledge and professional consulting experience to provide effective project management and practice development
• Provide both leadership and supervision to Senior Manager, Managers, Seniors and Staff

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred
• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecom financial consulting industry
• Knowledge of and understanding of telecom accounting, separations and cost studies, tariffs, state public utility commissions, federal and state regulatory issues, and broadband programs and compliance affecting the telecom industry
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience
• Ability to prepare and present professional and effective client proposals and presentations
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and build strong relationships with clients and industry leaders
• Detail-oriented; ability to review work of others
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Travel- Up to 25%

Compensation Range: Compensation range for Colorado: $199,000 – $296,000
