A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COORDINATOR

As a Coordinator, you are the driving force behind our success. To our customers and employees, you are the face of our company and always make sure to represent the ambitious standards we strive to achieve as a company. You will work with directly for one of our biggest customers by supporting operations, management, and crew. You will be responsible for the coordination of planning and logistical functions directly and indirectly related to the delivery of services to the customer. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with back-office documentation, tracking, reporting and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction, crew productivity and overall job profitability.

Coordinators are detail-orientated individuals that Support Managers, Superintendents, and other leadership roles. Some of the other duties include, assisting with daily documentation, tracking, reporting, and analyzing of data. Creating digital job folders & pull maps for job site. Scheduling of site walks. And pulling Daily reports from software program and assist with accepting job tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COORDINATOR

  • 2+ years of direct or related experience
  • Willingness to submit to a background and drug screening upon hire.
  • Great customers service skills and can communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction or infrastructure project management concepts.

Construction coordinator/scheduling experience is preferred. Is your attention to detail exceptional? Do you have excellent organizational skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically works Monday – Friday from either 6:30 am-3 pm or 7 am – 3:30 pm. This position is onsite, at our office in Milton, WA.
