We are looking for a telecommunications customer service representative with a strong telecommunications back ground.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TELECOMMUNICATIONS BACKGROUND

This person must posses the ability to multi task and work in a fast paste environment with minimum assistance.

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Bill reviews / correct billing,rate changes,contract renewals
  • Hand hold customers for all projects
  • Respond to inbound customer emails
  • Trouble shooting/opening repair tickets, corresponding with technicians
  • Work with telecom carriers on open orders & repair tickets until completed
  • Provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, file documents
  • Place orders with various telecom carriers, adding and removing services, equipment adds/removals
  • Corresponding with equipment vendors
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with telecommunications & sales support
  • The ability to adapt/respond to issues requiring urgent resolution
  • Strong telecommunication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Pay: $13.20 – $36.37 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
