We are looking for a telecommunications customer service representative with a strong telecommunications back ground.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TELECOMMUNICATIONS BACKGROUND
This person must posses the ability to multi task and work in a fast paste environment with minimum assistance.
- Handle inbound calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Bill reviews / correct billing,rate changes,contract renewals
- Hand hold customers for all projects
- Respond to inbound customer emails
- Trouble shooting/opening repair tickets, corresponding with technicians
- Work with telecom carriers on open orders & repair tickets until completed
- Provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, file documents
- Place orders with various telecom carriers, adding and removing services, equipment adds/removals
- Corresponding with equipment vendors
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with telecommunications & sales support
- The ability to adapt/respond to issues requiring urgent resolution
- Strong telecommunication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
