We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Design Engineer in the Omaha, Nebraska area for a permanent job opportunity. WILLING TO PROVIDE RELOCATION ASSISTANCE. In this role you will be responsible for designing security, voice/video/data distribution, and audiovisual presentation systems. responsibilities:

• Designing security, voice/video/data distribution, and audiovisual presentation systems for buildings
• Determining design scope, schedule, budget, phasing, site issues, and design review issues
• Producing construction documents and assists with construction administration tasks
• Serving as liaison between clients, agencies, subcontractors, and the design team
• Ensuring the preparation of accurate, complete, and value-added work products
• Identifying and implementing ideas that will save our clients time and money
• Using high level of engineering judgment and experience to develop quality engineering solutions
• Delivering timely documents
• Maintaining continuous and open project communications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Telecommunications systems design
• Bachelor’s degree
• Low-voltage design experience
• MEP engineering
• 5+ years’ project design experience
• 5+ years’ project technology infrastructure design and construction experience
• client management and people skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and set and manage priorities
