Responsibilities:
- This role will provide Design for telecommunication systems including audio visual and security;
- Market Sectors include Academic, Civic / Government, Corporate / Commercial, Healthcare, Housing / Hospitality, Science / Technology;
- Strong in communicating and coordinating technical design solutions with design teams and vendors;
- Ability to develop design documents including Drawings, Specifications, Narratives, Calculations, and Reports;
- Perform QA/QC reviews;
- Attend project meetings;
- Understanding of the following systems including; Public Address, conference room AV/teleconferencing, digital signage, video matrices, collaboration AV, educational AV systems.
Qualifications:
- Technical training in the building industry or a recent graduate from a technical training program;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize work with multiple deadlines;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and other team members;
- Proficient with the following technology: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Revit.
