Telecommunications Dispatch & Provisioning Specialist

Daily Job Duties may include:

Dispatching, processing, creating or clearing trouble tickets and service orders. This is done through the computer systems.

Answering the phone to assist Customers, Customer Service, Tech Support, Technicians or other company employees.

Manually checking or provisioning Telephone switches, Internet systems, and Cable TV systems.

Assign, correct, and maintain records. Problem solve customer issues with their service or technicians working to install or repair service.

· Good Customer Service skills and ability to work well with others

· Good general computer knowledge and keyboarding ability

· Ability to learn and work with multiple computer programs

· Well organized and detail oriented

· Willingness to learn technical basics of internet, cable and telephone

· Willing to work overtime hours Monday thru Friday and Saturday Rotations

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask

· Ability to complete tasks assigned to them

· Must be able to problem solve

· Must be able to dispatch technicians and work with other departments

· Must be able to sit at a computer for an extended period of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
