It is preferable if the candidate has some knowledge of PowerShell and Microsoft Licensing structure, Team Voice implementation would be fantastic.
The candidate will need to:
Technical
execute PowerShell scripts that would change the user voice routes identify and process porting forms for location/user numbers update licensing information accordingly verify calling capabilities after transition provide hypercare availability to user/locations during migration date
Communication
Provide awareness of upcoming change to locations
Confirm and validate numbers/users that would impacted
Update customer/inventory records to reflect transition change
Provide hypercare 2 days after location transitions
Other tasks that falls into above purview may be assigned.
