Kelly Technology is currently recruiting for a Telecommunications Engineer (Cloud Voice Engineer). The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience with cloud based VOIP in call center (Omnichannel). Candidates should also have experience with Salesforce (modify script to make it custom) and have integrated it with call center solutions. Any exposure to Nice InContact is plus.

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of a portfolio of contact center technologies. This position also provides support for related telecommunication systems including basic telephony, cellular services, audio/video conferencing solutions and other real- time communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, document, and implement telecommunications solutions that meet the needs of internal business units
Ensure continual health, security, performance, and availability of call center technologies and platforms.
Create, maintain, publish, and distribute usage, performance, and other reports as needed by customers and management.
Plan and execute service and software patches, updates, and upgrades as required while minimizing impact to customers.
Lead contract negotiations, maintain vendor relationships, and manage third-party resources
Serve as a subject matter expert and routinely consult with internal customers
Provide technical leadership on cross-functional project teams

Required Skills
Significant experience with managing cloud-based VOIP solutions and related network technologies
Significant experience engineering and supporting cloud-based omnichannel contact center technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
A working knowledge of the ITIL ITSM framework, especially including incident and change management
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
Must be service-oriented and possess strong decision making, critical thinking, listening, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Highly Preferred Skills
Specific experience with Nice InContact solutions
Salesforce development and automation
Salesforce integration with call center solutions and other systems such as Tableau, MS SQL, and Oracle
Process automation
