Telecommunications – Field Technician

CIK Power Distributors, one of America’s fastest growing private companies in Orange County, is seeking a motivated and skilled Telecom Tower Technician. We are a leading specialized contractor with 15 years’ experience in power distribution. Projects range from power plants, batteries, antenna and Line MODs (COLTS, COWS, MODS, DAS systems), and Civil Work (Cx, New builds).

The Tower Technician is responsible for:

• Installing RRUs, Antennas, Raycaps, Hybrids/Squids, and related telecom equipment.
• Running coax (connectors), power, fiber, hybrids
• Testing Lines (Sweep, PIM, Fiber)

Must comply with the following:

· Ability to lift 60+lbs

· Ability to work at 30′-300′ elevation (climb or man lift)

· Ability to work overtime, and in some cases, double time

· Pass a drug and background check

· Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record)

Qualifications

• Experience in the industry
• Open to those who are new to industry as well
• Basic knowledge of power and hand tools
