Job Description-

Technicians are engaged with performing residential installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, cable television, voice networks and home security.

Requirements:

• Pass Background & Drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License
• Have Own truck, SUV, or van
• Android or iPhone Required
• Ability to climb ladder and perform work-oriented tasks up to 28 feet above the ground
• Lift up to 65lbs comfortably
• Willingness to learn
• Good customer service skills
• Tools needed will be provided if necessary

Responsibilities:

• Install associated Network Interfaces at the residence.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
• Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company’s products and services to our customers
• Actively support sales and marketing related activities
• Direct customer face to face interaction supporting sales and referrals
• Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed)
• Teamwork (technical expertise developed to complete work efficiently to achieve work group key service measures)
• Active Listening (ability to take input from customers, APS and co-workers to problem solve and improve skills)
• Asking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions
• Active Learning (curious seeker of new information and actively works to improve skills and knowledge)

• Assume all other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,100.00 – $1,700.00 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Omaha, NE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
