TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM SUPPORT MANAGER – FORT CAMPBELL, KY.

The candidate for this position will work within our team to support our government Information Technology (IT) program with our Fort Campbell client. As a Telecommunications and Infrastructure Program Support Manager you will be a key part in ensuring thesuccessful operations and maintenance of the communication Infrastructure systems for Fort Campbell and all remote sites.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Function

· Provide planning and QA support for our ISP/OSP and special project work

· Review Contractor ISP/OSP infrastructure installations to ensure good general construction installation practices and compliance with industry standards, such as BICSI Cabling standards.

· Knowledge of applicable policy and technical guidance to include, but not limited to I3A Standards, BICSI cabling standards, Cyber security, EIA/TIA Standards, C4IM standards, NEC policy and procedures, and all other applicable regulations and policy. Common tools and applications include MS Windows, SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office Suite, and Remedy.

· Track and manage project status.

· Will work with MS Office products and Remedy/Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).

· Will need to Possess working knowledge of inside plant (ISP), outside plant (OSP), and data switches infrastructure; general CS knowledge, along with knowledge of network design and configurations (LAN, WAN, WLAN).

· Possess PDS Pathway design and installation experience, Quality Assurance (QA) and design experience, and telecom project manager experience.

· Primary POC for the RNEC to coordinate and schedule Exercise Support

Physical Requirements

· Predominantly indoors in normal office environment

· Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and reach

· Must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English

· May require frequent computer use for several hours at a time

· Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions

· Must have visual acuity

· Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds
