Lead technicians and contractors in all phases of voice/data equipment installations, maintenance, modifications, and repairs. Act as technical authority over all phases of installations. Responsible for network equipment installations, UPS setup and monitoring and network closet maintenance; as well as adds, moves and changes for voice and data end device connectivity. Work with Facilities Management, Data Installations and Network teams on construction and renovation projects to ensure designs meet industry and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Six years’ experience with large scale voice and data installations required.

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.

  • Graduation from a recognized vocational technical school in electronics or an associate’s degree in information technology or related field required.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading a team of technicians preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare environment preferred.

  • BICSI Certification preferred. Knowledge of EIA/TIA cabling standards preferred.

  • Working knowledge of spectrum analyzers and cable testers preferred.
