Position Overview for the Telecom Dispatch Manager:
- Dispatch and manage field technicians
- Digest and compile data gathered by Field Technicians
- Collaborate with Field Technician to create reports
- Provide projections and reports to customers and senior management
Required Skills for the Telecom Dispatch Manager:
- 3+ years of Cellular Network Deployment/ Telecom experience
- RF signal qualities and 4G/5G network knowledge
- Knowledge of Copper and RF cabling
- Experience with CradlePoint products is a plus
