We are currently seeking a Telecommunication Operator to join our team. We are seeking a high energy and caring person, willing to work in a fast paced team environment. This person should have a minimum of one to two years in heavy/high volume phone experience in either call center and/or medical facility. This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location. This job receives weekly pay, every Friday!

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets phone clients and referrals courteously, respectfully, and promptly; answers telephone within 3 rings.
- Answers all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate destination.
- Always smiles and thanks client for calling in when finishing transaction.
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. The individual will be committed to ensuring a consistent positive telephone experience for all clients, employees and visitors.
Additional Requirements:
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writing
- Good phone skills – pleasant personality on the phone
- Interact well with other employees on team
- Kind and empathetic with clients
- Attention to details – must be able to organize duties and follow-up timely
