Summary: Functions as a switchboard operator. Handles incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls, control for all emergency codes and disaster, excellent customer service skills. Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent required, some college course preferred, ability to communicate clearly, excellent customer service skills.
