Telecommunications Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Order Management Specialist to join our support team. Order management specialists are primarily responsible for assisting multiple customers, with various vendor and internal teams, in the timely and accurate management of all order and installation projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Employee will be required to work with multiple customer and vendor teams to gather required order details, submit, and track telecommunications related orders (Network services, Voice services, SD-WAN, Managed services, Security, Cloud). Will be responsible for managing the order from agreement through installation.
• Employee will work closely with vendors to monitor project progress, identify issues in advance, and initiate appropriate escalations, both internally and externally.
• Communicate milestones/progress with customers, including holding kick-off calls and providing regular updates on progress (can include weekly tracking documents, scheduled progress calls).
• Track status and activity within internal and/or customer project and inventory management tools

Qualifications:

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn about new technologies and products
• Ability to work with multiple vendors, customers, and products simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills and ability to escalate issues properly
• Ability to multi-task at a high level
• Great customer relationship skills
• Strong PC/computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and GMAIL

Compensation:

• Salary $42,000 per year
• Full time, fully remote
• 90-day training/evaluation period
• Bonuses Available
