TELICS is looking for a Quality Assurance Tech to review closeout packages for ISP/OSP telecom construction projects. This position will be remote but must live in or near where the work is being performed: Charlotte or Atlanta Area.

Job Requirements: A Quality Assurance Professional or Quality Control Professional that oversees inspecting closeout documentation after construction is complete to ensure they meet a set of consistent standards. This will be for ISP and OSP. Their duties include performing visual inspections via online closeout packages, recording quality issues and planning processes to decrease the instance of defects in products.

QA Tech Qualifications/Skills: Leadership Strong written and verbal communication skills, Analytic skills, Collaboration skills, Product management skills, QA process skills, Computer knowledge and skills.

The right person must be: Organized, a go getter, self-motivated and a self-starter. Have excellent computer skills with the ability to stay focused on the computer most of the day. Knowledge of Google Suite.

Preferred experience: A background in construction and/or telecom construction. A Quality Assurance background. The ability to read and understand Construction Drawings. Field physics will be required also in conjunction with computer quality review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
