Telecommunications Outside Plant Technician

We are currently hiring a Plant Facilities Technician. Our Facilities Technicians are in the trenches (sometimes literally), ensuring that our customers have the services they expect. The Facilities Tech is responsible for the following (and more!):

Responsibilities:

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plant facility problems.

• Audit plant facilities

• Restore services due to unpredictable events
• Perform preventative maintenance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, strongly preferred
• Previous experience troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour

Schedule:

Experience:

• Telecommunications: 1 year (Preferred)
• troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
