Telecommunications Project Manager

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for management of day-to-day operations for a telecommunications tower company. This would include management of the preventative maintenance program as well as finding solutions to trouble tickets and corrective maintenance issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve operational systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Review, address, and close trouble tickets.
  • Review and direct resources to repair tower light alarms or other tower issues.
  • Manage day to day business of tower operations.
  • Tower light monitoring and repair.
  • Management of preventative maintenance routines.
  • Respond to corrective maintenance and trouble tickets.
  • Manage vendors to monitor, repair and maintain tower assets.
  • Develop, implement, and manage operational procedures and policies.
  • Manage the project accounting.
  • Bid process of Purchase order request of Invoice processing
  • Project Manager Operations – April 2022
  • Assigning expenses to accounts and appropriate expenses
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in one of the following studies: Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management or equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in wireless deployment, construction management, engineering, project management, or other sectors with project deadline driven environments.
  • Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience working in project management software.
  • Attention to Detail – High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Communication – Superior written and oral communication skills required.
  • Work Environment – Ability to work on multiple, complex transactions in fast paced, energetic environment.
  • Decision Making – Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Interpersonal – Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with transaction related problems. Resourceful research and analytical skills.
  • Must be vaccinated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Little Rock, AR 72211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Project management software: 2 years (Preferred)
