Position: Telecommunications Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift: Standard day shift
DESCRIPTION: Telecommunications Project Manager
- Telecommunications Project Manager will be part of the national In-building PMO team interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams and senior leadership teams.
- Telecommunications Project Manager will help build the foundation that keeps company in front of the competition.
- You will be managing the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems.
- These projects require interaction at the Director/VP level and development of Executive dashboards and presentations.
- Managing all the internal/external stakeholders and the project from the inception stage to delivery and acceptance of the project.
- Partnering with Legal, General Counsel, and other entities to assess legal risks and provide oversight for contract languages on agreements.
- Managing key relationships of private landlords, tower owners, and third-party integrators.
- Coordinating and managing site walks to accurately gather all pertinent information related to Regulatory and Real Estate compliance.
- Leading project update meetings for leadership and finding creative ways to resolve problems.
- Utilizing agile project management practices to deliver on-time from project initiation to deployment.
- Manage and lead the entire regulatory and real estate process for enterprise projects till the system is on air.
- Making sure operational training is secured and executed.
- Managing project resources and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Driving Operations to the Standard Operating Environment and documenting process flows.
- Providing regularly scheduled Executive level reporting.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Telecommunications Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations in the telecommunications space.
- Experience in NEPA, Section 106 and CATEX processes
- Experience in Environmental Requirements as it relates to Asbestos or Lead Based Paint
- Experience maintaining and addressing punch list items with vendors in a timely manner.
- Experience managing project resources and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- federal, state, and local regulations in the telecom space.: 2 years (Preferred)
- NEPA, Section 106 and CATEX processes: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
