Salary

$50,000 – $80,000 Annual Pay DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects ensuring completion of deliverables for benefit of customers, and the company according to the defined deadlines, scope, and budget. Including the performance of all required tasks as dictated by the nature of the project.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the company for both customers and a single project and/or multiple projects.
  • Define (working with the customer) project scope, budgets, and objectives. a. Ensuring technical feasibility b. Ensuring economic success
  • Develop quotes approved by management and delivered to the customer
  • Manage resources, and expectations, mitigating risk, removing roadblocks, and achieving planned project results.
  • Train people at all levels in necessary skills.
  • Communicate project program details effectively to all stakeholders by providing project status updates, and feedback, and ensuring there are no surprises.
  • Handle large amounts of data (need exceptionally good spreadsheet skills).
  • Deal with multiple jobs/projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of diplomacy with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities of direct employees or contractors: project management, quality control, purchasing, and logistics to ensure all actions remain synergistic and aligned with expected project results.

a. Determine requirements for quality control

b. Determine routes and sequence of tasks

d. Set up project in internal and external project management systems

e. Create customer invoices as required by management

f. Maintain schedule

g. Make all adjustments required to maintain a schedule

h. Adjust schedules and targets on the project only when there is no other option and approved by customer and management

i. Communicate effectively with clients and implementation teams to keep the project aligned with client expectations and objectives.

j. Work hours outside “8 till 5” and possibly weekends across all time zones within in the U.S. as needed

k. Manage and direct project teams to achieve project results.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools/techniques.

a. Employ effective project and change management methodologies to assess and minimize any project risk

b. Proactively manage issues and barriers to success

c. Escalate issues quickly to management

d. Ensure the allocation and availability of all necessary resources

Job requirements

Check the following requirements to see if you’re we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications preferred or applicable experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-5 Years of relevant telecommunications experience
  • Willingness to undergo a background and drug screen is required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
