Location: Telecommunicating Position options (in the US). Offices in Greenwood Village, CO and Chantilly, VA.

Amount of Travel: Minimal, as needed

Position Status: Full Time

Classification: Exempt

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexible scheduling within reason

Employment Requirements: Pass initial background check and drug test. Pass company random drug screenings. Eligibility for US Government Clearance.

Position Summary

Reporting to the CSO the Project Manager exists to deliver predictable performance through consistent execution of project management methodologies and best practices. The Project Manager is to successfully lead and deliver projects of varying complexity, scope and duration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Establish and maintain a Project Management framework to be used throughout the organization.

· Ensure schedules and associated tasks are assigned to the appropriate staff members.

· Maintain oversight and track activities on all active engineering / customer facing projects.

· Lead selected projects assigned; control project budget, scope and schedule ensuring deliverables are completed timely, managing changes, updates and communication.

· Assist and provide guidance with respect to project prioritization and company resource allocations

· Interact and represent Subsentio in an exemplary manner to the customer.

· Prepare and submit US Government filing documents on behalf of the customer.

· Regularly update and submit customer detail information to the US Government.

· Assist, as required, in preparation of similar submissions for international customers.

· Participate and contribute to regular project planning sessions which can include representation from engineering, production engineering, product management, sales, CSO.

· Produce, present weekly project portfolio report to management.

· Track key project performance metrics.

· Build and maintain relationships acting as primary point of contact for project communications

· As required, interact with suppliers to manage deliveries, installation support services and maintenance services.

· In cooperation with engineering, develop manufacturing and system delivery and installation planning schedules.

· Reinforce quality, consistency and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle, holding accountability for overall project performance.

· Leverage past situations, lessons learned to drive change and continuous improvements.

· Provide feedback to staff members from other areas to improve project outcomes and share project knowledge.

· Establish and manage project management software tools.

· Train and coach others to be an acting project manager as required.

· Proficient use of MS Office and related software packages

Education and/or Experience

· Minimum 5 years’ experience leading projects, preferably in a telecommunications, IT, data networking, or related market segment.

· College degree in related studies.

Certificate/Licenses/Registration

· PMP (Project Management Professional Certification) highly desirable

· Standard office work environment / position duties can be performed remotely based on guidance and agreement from CSO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
