SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
CT&T/Palmetto Engineering & Consulting, Inc, a progressive, consulting firm, is seeking a qualified individual to manage complex telecommunications projects, run meetings and manage employees, while meeting service deadlines. Experienced preferred but will consider entry level applicants.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Great people skills required
- Seeking a self-starter capable of thinking ahead and making good decisions
- Strong Project Management skills are necessary
- Understanding of FTTx design and implementation is desired
- Understanding of communications electronics is a plus
- Experience working with ArcGIS, CAD or other electrical distribution or transmission design and staking software is a plus.
- Some experience with mapping, boundary, topographic, as-built surveys, construction staking, ROW staking, using digital applications is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently, travel weekly to job site as needed, possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a substance abuse screening test
