Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 90,000
Maximum: 180,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with traditional voice technologies, including PBX, voice messaging and automation
- 7+ years of experience with call center technologies
- 5+ years of experience with Avaya and Cisco voice and contact center technologies
- 3+ years of experience with cloud based telephony services
- 3+ years of experience with SIP end points
- 3+ years of experience with unified communications and collaboration solution, including IM and presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is a significant plus
- Experience with high call volume and large contact center environments
Education
Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
